Step 1: Apply & Confirm Fit

You complete a short application form to ensure this offer aligns with your practice and goals. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send over next steps within 24 hours.

Step 2: Secure Your Build Week

To secure your spot, a 50% deposit is required. I’ll send a secure Stripe payment link, and once your deposit is received, your selected build week is officially reserved.

Build weeks are pre-scheduled to maintain a focused and efficient process.

Step 3: Strategic Intake

After deposit is received, you’ll receive a detailed intake questionnaire covering your services, credentials, tone, and goals. All required materials, including copy, imagery, and PDF documents, must be submitted no later than 3 days before your build week begins.

Projects without completed materials will be rescheduled to the next available build window.

Step 4: Structured Build (Days 1–5 of Your Build Week)

I design and build your complete website using a proven private practice framework.

Step 5: Review & Refinements

(Day 5-6)

You receive a private preview link and submit one consolidated round of refinements to ensure everything feels aligned and accurate.

Step 6: Final Payment & Launch

(Day 7)

The remaining balance is due before website is transferred to you. Once the remaining balance is received, final adjustments are made and complete ownership of the site will be transferred to you.

• You must have a Squarespace account & subscription 

• Or, you must prepared to create a Squarespace account with the email address you provide, and purchase a subscription to have your website live after you receive the ownership of the site. Domains can also be purchased or connected after the site is delivered.
